KFI just released the following statement:
“Effective immediately, KFI AM 640 hosts John Kobylt and Ken Chiampou have been suspended for making insensitive and inappropriate comments about the late Whitney Houston.
KFI AM 640 Management does not condone, support or tolerate statements of this kind.
John Kobylt said, ‘We made a mistake, and we accept the station’s decision. We used language that was inappropriate, and we sincerely apologize to our listeners and to the family of Ms. Houston.’
John and Ken will return to the air Monday, February 27.”
I guess, effective immediately, KFI ratings will go down the drain.

A band insider says, “A Smile Less Alive” will announce that their band mates will being going their separate ways in an upcoming announcement. Our spy says two of the band members are fighting a lot over a female. No further details were immediately made available.

It’s no secret people behave differently, depending on the social network. Sometimes it’s the audience you’re speaking to. Sometimes it’s the people you know are following your every move (hi, mom).
The differences are especially apparent in regard to sex. In anticipation of Valentine’s Day, marketing agency Euro RSCG surveyed 1,000 U.S. adults who use either Twitter or Facebook daily. The agency discovered where people talk about sex, and whether they identify themselves as “sexy” or “sexually adventurous.”
The survey also explored how tweeters and Facebookers perceive themselves sexually in relation to others. On the whole, Twitter users appear to be more consumed with sex than their Facebook counterparts.
While the sample size of this survey is relatively small, anecdotally, you might find these results ring true. I have a working, unscientific theory — that people shy away from flirting and sex talk on Facebook because they are connected to family and hometown friends within that space. Twitter can be a more anonymous place, especially since it still lags behind Facebook in terms of true mainstream adoption.
What’s your experience? Do you flirt on Twitter? Is it different from your interactions on Facebook? Share your stories (the more embarrassing, the better) in the comments below.

Take The Read has just announced that their front man, “Damian” is no longer a part of the band. Details are developing.
7yrs together, but due to musical differences we decided to part ways with our ex front man Damian. We cherished all the times we shared the stage together. We wish him the best. But us 4 are still thriving. With that being said, we will be throwing auditions pretty soon. We’ll keep yall posted.
Early this AM, members of the San Fernando Valley based metal band, “Breaking The Chains!” took to Facebook to publicly support another San Fernando Valley based metal band, “Oh, The World” for ‘haters’ that attacked them for their music career success.
Hats off to you guys.
That’s what “Toddlers & Tiaras” pageant mom Susanna Barrett insists about her 5-year-old glam princess Isabella. Barrett claims that after a video of her little girl singing LMFAO’s “I’m Sexy and I Know It” at a night spot surfaced, several media outlets tried to turn the non-sexual performance into something inappropriate, and she’s suing mad.
According to the New York Daily News, Barrett filed a $30 million libel lawsuit on Tuesday in Manhattan. She claims that TMZ, The Huffington Post and the Daily Mail described the little girl’s act as “gyrating in a nightclub and singing about her sex appeal” when in fact Isabella was sitting during the song.
“(Isabella) did not understand the concept of sex, let alone ‘sex appeal’ and could not have been singing about her own sex appeal,” Barrett said in her lawsuit. Instead, “it is the defendants who, through their articles, have thrust these false and vulgar characteristics on to Isabella,” according to the suit. “As a result, Isabella is now perceived sexually, erotically and pornographically, and (the stories) have placed Isabella in serious physical danger, attracting the attention of others who would seek to sexualize a child.” Read more…
